Santa hit a blackbery tower. Ouch.
For the second time in a week, BlackBerry users found themselves without e-mail and Internet service, refreshing their screens in futility on Tuesday night as they languished in an agonizing information vacuum.
Also, lol. Read a newspaper guys, c’mon!
And re: WoW — “I love my new pony boots, Tony!“
And yes I know these are warrior boots, but still, I was wearing 219s.

I just lol’d all over the desk.
Six and a half years ago I worked at a small daily paper targeted towards Jewish Brooklyn. The pay was miserable and the work schedule was hell, and after a year, I quit. But before I left, I taped a message inside the cabinet above my desk: “DON’T PANIC. Call David Tobey. xxx.xxx.xxxx”
Today I got a call from one of my long line of replacements who was, apparently, panicking. He said he found my number in the cabinet and figured that if I’d left it, I must be a nice guy, and would I please help him. And so I did. Hilarious!

FINALLY. I did well enough in Statistics not to neccesitate taking a final (I tested out on the midterm, lol). However, I’ve been struggling all year in Hi-Tech Strategy. I’m sweating bullets waiting for my end grade in the class. Prof says she’ll have them by “this Saturday.”
